This tea is a roasted oolong made from the Kanayamidori cultivar.

It offers a soft, milky aroma with a bright, rounded sweetness reminiscent of apples. The tea is roasted gradually over multiple sessions, allowing the natural sweetness of the roast to develop without introducing any harsh or smoky notes.

For hot brewing, we recommend using freshly boiled water and keeping each infusion short to enjoy multiple steeps. It is also delicious as a cold brew or milk brew.

このお茶は「かなやみどり」という品種を焙煎烏龍茶に仕上げたものです。柔らかくミルキーな香り、りんごのような明るく丸い甘さを感じます。焙煎は回数を分けて少しづつ火を入れることで焙煎のえぐみは出さずに、火の甘さを引き出すことができています。お湯で淹れるときは熱湯で、さっと淹れて煎を 重ねても。もちろん水出しやミルクブリューも楽しめます◎
